Ingredients
- 8 chicken markets grown without antibiotics
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- Olive mechanic
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 thion (standard tea bag)
- One laurel leaf
- 4 stemitlimin
- 4 whole garlic cloves (also possible a little more)
- Thinly sliced red chilli
- 2 clean white leeks, cut into 3-4 pieces only
- Orange (peel only)
Preparation
Prepare the chicken: Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Arrange the calves on a baking sheet, season with salt, pepper and a little olive oil.
Pour the orange juice onto the calves, add the bay leaf (between two calves), add the bay leaf, thyme, garlic, chili and leeks.
Sprinkle some olive oil on the leeks and sprinkle the citrus peel over everything.
Put in the oven for 45 minutes (at the time of baking, open the oven twice and carefully pour from the liquid in the mold on the chicken and leeks markets). Serve hot.
