The favorite cheese cheeses especially among children came to Israeli cuisine from Eastern Europe and Mickey's name was warmly adopted to his family. His daughters love them with maple syrup while he and his wife prefer them with sour cream.

Before frying, their name is expected with some flour that adds a little crispy to the hearts. Anyone who wants to enrich them even more can add a mix of mahole dates or dried plums cut into quarters.
