"The only international language ever is a child's cry": The British Eglantyne Jebb (1876-1928) founded the "Save the Children Fund" in England on May 19, 1919. On January 6, 1920, she founded the <b> "Save the Children International Union" </b> in Geneva. There are currently "Save the Children" branches in 30 nations. The organization was active in 120 countries in 2018 and raised 38.6 million euros in donations.
