Actually, Oprah Winfrey's new show format was about wellness - and losing weight. At the start of her US tour, the US host had invited the singer Lady Gaga. But it wasn't an easy conversation - because the 33-year-old got emotional.
"I was raped several times at the age of 19 and developed a post-traumatic stress disorder because I was raped and did not process it," said the singer at the show with around 15,000 spectators.
She also lives with fibromyalgia. The disease causes chronic pain all over the body and leads to exhaustion. Experiences and her illness also changed her view of the world. "When I see someone in pain, I can't look away," said Gaga.
However, the medicine helped her. She appealed to those affected to seek help as well. "Many people are afraid to take medication for mental illness. I want this stigma to stop," said Gaga.
Her illness also accompanied her on stage with Oprah Winfrey. "When I sit here with you, I feel pain from head to toe," said Gaga.
