Abused children: civilian families

(ANSA) - SASSARI, JAN 10 - The families of two of the nine children who were victims of the alleged mistreatment in the Sorso day care center became a civil party in the proceeding involving three educators and a social worker. This morning the gup of the Court of Sassari, Antonello Spanu, accepted the injunction requests presented by the lawyers Mario Spanu and Martina Pinna.
The judge, at the request of defense lawyers MarcoPalmieri, Vittorio Campus and Gabriella Pinna Nossai, postponed the hearing until March 6 to allow the divisional parties of the documentation filed at the Court for iminorenni of Sassari.
The investigation started in 2016, when, according to the accusations of Maria Paola Asara, the educators Sabina Polo, 47 years of Sennori, Giovanna Pintus, of 41, of Sorso, Carmela Porcu, of 32, of Sassari, and Maria Laura Migheli, would have abused of the correction methods, inflicting mistreatment on children
