(ANSA) - BEIRUT, JAN 16 - More than 350 thousand civilians - mostly women, the elderly and children - have been displaced in the past six weeks in the north-western region of Idlib following the Russian and government military campaign. The UN reported it today, stating that escaping civilians are mostly directed to the districts north of Idlib to afford shelter from Russian and government air raids and the advance of Damascus troops in the south-eastern districts of Maarrat an Numan and Saraqeb. .
