On Friday afternoon, French fashion designer Jean-Paul Gaultier announced he was stepping down from the stage and saying goodbye to fashion shows. In a statement on Twitter, he said that his upcoming couture show in Paris on March 22 would also be his last. "This show that celebrates 50 years of my career will also be my last. But rest assured my Hot Couture will continue with a new concept," said the designer in the Twitter video.
The designer delivered the news in French in a footage.
