(ANSA) - GENOA, JANUARY 24 - The collapse of the material from the vault of the Bertè tunnel on the A26 Genoa-Alessandria-Gravellona Toce highway, on December 30th, was perhaps predictable based on the inspections made. If this were the case, the crime of attack on transport safety could be contested, as already happened for the collapse of Morandi.
The hypothesis of crime is being examined by the StefanoPuppo public prosecutor who was entrusted with the file for the collapse.
