(ANSA) - CITTÀ SANT'ANGELO (PESCARA), JAN 30 - Partially accepted the request by Aspi for the release from seizure of the Cerrano viaduct of the A14, forbidden to heavy vehicles since December 2019 in the stretch between Pescara Nord and Atri-Pineto. The magistrate of Avellino had ordered that the stretch in question can reopen to the Tir with the exception of exceptional transport and the transport of dangerous goods. The mayor of Città Sant'Angelo Matteo Perazzetti confirms this, informed by Autostrade per l'Italia. The reopening of the viaduct to heavy traffic will be effectively operational in the technical time strictly necessary for the installation of the signs relating to the prohibition of transit of dangerous goods, the processing procedures of which have been started immediately. Sigh of relief in the urban centers of Città Sant'Angelo, Silvi and Pineto (Teramo): the trucks, up to five thousand a day, have been traveling on the main road since December 16, sending the ordinary roads of the area haywire, causing inconvenience for citizens, with paralyzed esmog traffic .
