Hamilton warms up engines, 'slim and fit like never before'

Lewis Hamilton warms up the engines. Not those of his world champion Mercedes in the last six championships - including five with English behind the wheel - but his shape and his personal balance. "It was one of the best winters in terms of training", the message sent by Hamilton via Instagram to his over 14 million followers.

"Our journey has not been easy. Admits the British - My father and I have not had the easiest relationships. I was so immersed in the effort for success that we lost sight of what was most important, our relationship : in the last two years we have approached and during this winter break I asked my father to come and visit me to be able to spend some time together, just us.
