(ANSA) - ROME - Coronavirus contagion, according to what is known so far, is not related to food, but Chinese restaurants along the Peninsula complain about empty tables and sheer business.
To reduce fear and difference, social media relaunch the hashtag #iovadoalcinese, created by Milanese blogger and influencer Francesca Noé (@amilanopuoi) and also relaunched by Sara Porro, with the initiative of calling friends together, creating social tables, and deciding to go eat "Chinese".
The capital also responds to the call for support for the Chinese community in Italy: after the visit of the mayor of Rome Virginia Raggi to an Esquiline restaurant, the Dao restaurant, between Talenti and Montesacro, proposes an all-Roman initiative by inviting old and new to bring their friends and live with them a moment of conviviality, perhaps sharing a photo or a thought related to the initiative on social media, using the hashtag #iovadoalcinese.
Four Pengyou menus, which means "friends" in Chinese, will be available from Dao for four weeks, from February 18 to March 17. And every week it will be dedicated to a different menu, Tradition, Meat, Fish, or Mixed, but always in the name of friendship and sharing. (ANSA).
