(ANSA) - BARI, FEBRUARY 14 - The Bari Court gup sent to trial for fraudulent bankruptcy 16 exmanagers and Unicredit officials, including the former CEO Federico Ghizzoni and Alessandro Profumo, accused for the collapse of the Bari company Divania. They are accused of having deceived the company owner, Francesco Saverio Parisi, by inducing him to sign 203 derivative contracts which in a few years, according to the accusation, would have led the company to failure and subsequent bankruptcy. The trial will begin on May 5.
