Collective dismissal for all 1,450 Air Italy employees : the company's liquidators were announced to the managers meeting in conference calls in Olbia and Malpensa. In the coming weeks, everything is liquidated and the letters of dismissal will start in the next few days.
"The liquidators explained to employees the possible evolution of the liquidation procedure, confirming the intention to adopt all possible income support measures, compatible by law with the liquidation procedure itself". This is what we read in the official Air Italy note after the call conference. "We will consider all the possibilities of transferring company branches - it is specified - which include the possible maintenance of all or part of the jobs".
