32.8% of the hires envisaged by Italian entrepreneurs are difficult to find, especially for qualified personnel; research is even more difficult in the Northeast. The data comes from the Cgia di Mestre Study Office, based on the results of the Unioncamere-Anpal survey.
Out of just under 500 thousand hires scheduled for January, 32.8% of the entrepreneurs interviewed reported that they will probably find it difficult to "cover" these jobs (just over 151,300), 15.7% due to the lack of candidates and 13.8% for poor preparation.
Even in the South the average percentage difficult to find is still significant, equal to 27.5%, with peaks of 35.7% in Chieti, 34.4% in Teramo, 32.5% in Syracuse, 32.2 % in Potenza, 31.7% in Taranto, 31.6% in L'Aquila and 30.6% in Cagliari.
