Want to feel like Italy when you dish your pasta? Successful Italian chef Andrea Tranchero has revealed his simple trick for serving spaghetti perfectly - which is much easier than you think. Trancero, who works in reputed restaurants around the world, says that all you need to do is expertize these two kitchen appliances - a ladle and a particularly large fork for meat with two thick teeth.
As you can see in the video, the chef first rolled the spaghetti with the fork in the ladle. "You have to take a fork and a proper amount of spaghetti, not too much because everything will fall off," he explained.
