LE FIGARO. - The special commission was a failure. The bill returns to session Monday in its original version. Do we have to start all over again?
Guillaume GOUFFIER-CHA. - The special commission was not used for nothing. Over 7000 amendments have been debated. We have adopted an amendment to better take into account family carers, we will also award a point increase for parents who have raised children with disabilities. These amendments will have to be re-examined and re-voted, but the fact of having already been adopted in a special committee gives them more weight.
