This past year was one of the most dramatic Erez Tal knew, at least in terms of his career. In February last year, he launched "2025," which was unsuccessful; He then went on to direct the Eurovision Tel Aviv to almost 200 million viewers in Europe, and from there he returned to the screen with his baby, the "Nightclub" entertainment program.

Tonight will end the current season of the program (bow 12, 21:15) and Tal can be credited with another success: "Nightclub" has led all its broadcast evenings with an average of 19 percent rating and 500,000 viewers per episode. "The year ended better than it started," he concludes briefly.

What is planned for the finale?

"We did a full-fledged end-to-end program, including the one I decided to stretch the panel back. The first stretch was my fall with the scooter; they stretched me back with Maya's injury in a blender, and now we planted them in a weird laughing crowd that we knew would draw their attention. They said something to her, her boyfriend got upset and started a riot in the studio, and they were in total shock. There will also be performances by Margie and Idan Reichel, an ending clip and other stuff. "

When I watch you on the show, I have a feeling this is the place you enjoy the most.

"Nightclub is a program that I work with a whole team, but it's mine from ALF to TA. We are in season seven, we came to have fun and we enjoy it. The work in the editing room is a nightmare, but in the end the result is good and fun."

You came back after a long lull. Is that a risk?

"The previous season aired on Channel 2, when opposite Channel 10. Since the competition was tougher, the ratings of all the programs went down and we didn't know what would happen. There were concerns. 'Nightclub' is also a bit insidious in its DNA, and a bit of a lite-night and not Most prime time. Sit around a table and let them talk - it can last fifteen minutes. To break it down we made specials, nambers, occurrences, and tensions. Everything we put in was to make sure the moment wasn't quiet. "

During this time last year you launched "2025", a less successful experience.

"True, and maybe that's a bit of a cliché, but from everything you have to learn, and see how you get out of it and where you're going from here. In 2025, I had a lot of people share this thing with them, so it was less complicated than it seemed."

We saw you this week in a life challenge movie about Uncle Topaz. Have you considered whether to be interviewed?

"No. I think the movie came out great. There will always be reviews, but I think life did a sensitive and non-trending job. It was objective. I think Uncle Topaz was one of his talents, but also his greatest enemy. Don't see how another body would do it better. "

Will there be another season for "Nightclub"?

"Yes, and probably faster than we think."
