Squash, parsnips, carrots ... Despite the fog and cold of February, the crates are always full. In a few hours, these organic stamped vegetables will be delivered in baskets to around twenty restaurateurs, including several stars. This giant organic vegetable garden, born less than a year ago near Rambouillet, southwest of Paris, would not have been possible without the savings of thousands of individuals. This project, launched by the company Tomato & Co last spring, called for savings on a crowdfunding or crowdfunding site. The young shoot, whose ambition is to create "high quality" vegetable gardens close to cities, was able to raise € 100,000 in just two weeks, and complete its financing plan. In return, it will pay a return of 4% per year for four years to individuals who have trusted it.
