The police of Córdoba found on Tuesday the body of a woman in the municipality of Capilla del Monte and now investigators seek to determine if it is Mariela Natali, the Santa Fe who disappeared 14 days ago.

The finding was confirmed by the Secretary of Risk Management of the province, Claudio Vignetta.

As the official pointed out to Cadena 3 , the body lay near Los Alazanes, "in a place of great difficulty , four to five kilometers away" from which the woman was sought.

Natali, a native of the Santa Fe town of San Lorenzo, is 44 years old and had traveled to Córdoba to take care of a family member's home.

She was last seen on February 4 in the vicinity of the Uritorco hill , when she had gone out to perform physical activity from an uncle's house where she usually stays in the summers, so she is knowledgeable about the area.

On the day of her disappearance, a security camera took her walking alone to the La Toma neighborhood. Investigators confirmed that his last WhatsApp connection was that same Tuesday at 12.14, shortly after his uncles' address was absent.

The researchers initially speculated that the woman could have become disoriented in one of the mountainous paths that also cross rivers that suffered significant increases, although this hypothesis was losing strength with the passing of the days because it was not possible to find any clue to despite the thorough raking.
