(ANSA) - ROME, FEBRUARY 21 - The Bolivian Supreme Electoral Court (TSE) has invalidated the candidacy of Evo Morales for the Senate because the ex-president, exiled to Argentina, does not fulfill the obligation of "permanent residence" in the country.
Morales had left Bolivia for Mexico after resigning in November after weeks of protests against him following controversial presidential elections. Later he moved to Argentina.
