(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, FEBRUARY 21 - "In the last few weeks and days we have been working very hard with the aim of reaching an agreement on the budget, unfortunately today we observed that it was not possible to reach an agreement and that more time is needed". This was stated by the President of the European Council, Charles Michel at the end of the extraordinary Council on the EU budget.
