Precariousness, less access to senior figures, growth of involuntary part-time and 'over-education'. According to Istat, these are the characteristics of women's work. On an average of the first three quarters of 2019, fixed-term women are 17.3% and part-time women are now a third, 32.8% against 8.7% of men.
Part time "did not grow as a means of reconciling life times, but in its involuntary component" which exceeded 60% of the total against 34.9 in the same period of 2007.
