A man insulted and hit the receptionist of a medical office in Campana when he learned that the professional who treated him did not work that day and threatened with a scissor another patient who tried to defend her.
It was a morning like so many others in the place where different medical offices work in PAMI, until the first insults came out of the mouth of an indignant patient because he would not have the prescription he went to look for.
Is that "verbal violence is daily," said Cecilia, the attacked employee, but immediately stressed that "this passed a limit."
In the video that she herself recorded because, as she said, "it is the only way" that those on the other side of the counter have to defend themselves, it is observed how, after a question, the man insults and beats her.
" You know what you are, a rude shit whore, " the man threw furiously, and hit the employee, who was holding the phone.
She was immediately defended by another patient, who was waiting to be treated by a dentist. "Eh, what are you doing, you don't raise your hand to anyone. Calm down a little, what do you not understand that they are telling you that the doctor is not there," he said.
The fury of the aggressor increased and he immediately said "what the fuck do you have to get in", and took a scissor that was on the counter and turned around, threatening him.
"I'm going to hit you, what do you give it to him," he continued, beyond himself, at the unsuccessful attempt of those who wanted to calm him down.
"I don't know him, it is the first time I saw him because he is not a regular patient. He came on a day that did not correspond because he was not the doctor who treated him. He became very violent. I filmed it because it is the only way to defend ourselves. on the other side of the counter, we suffer this daily, but what happened is a limit, "said Cecilia.
The attacked woman reported the incident to the PAMI Campana subsidiary and later in the prosecution.
