The measure, ordered by the judge of Family 2 of that district, Silvia Sendra, is not linked to the request for perimeter that Thursday presented Edgardo Aló, father of Carolina, the young woman who Tablado killed in 1996 of 113 stabs, but It is related to the results of the psychological expertise that was carried out on the murderer on February 17.

The two psychiatrists of the Expert Advice of San Isidro who evaluated the mental health of Tablado concluded that although "he does not present a psychotic disorder or an organic psycho and his mental faculties fall within normality", he is currently not in a position to "exercise parental responsibility" over their daughters.

The psychological expertise was ordered by the Criminal Execution Judge 1 of San Isidro, Alejandro David, following an initiative by the prosecutor of the same jurisdiction, Rodrigo Caro.

Before the imminent release of femicide, the prosecutor considered it necessary to assess whether Tablado represented a danger to himself, to third parties and, especially, to his ex-wife, with whom he married while imprisoned in 2007 and who threatened death - which earned him In 2013 a second conviction - and his daughters.

The judge's resolution also provides that Villarejos attend the Directorate of Gender and Family Violence Policies of Tigre so that the agency can give her "alarm and care guidelines" and include her in the "SMS Tiger Alert" program.
