Thick black smoke rises from the Gare de Lyon district of Paris and is wrapping all the neighborhoods around, from the Seine to the Bastille. Dozens of fire trucks are heading to the area.
According to reports from police sources, the fire was caused by violent scuffles that broke out around the train station , a few hundred meters from Bercy, where a concert by a controversial Congolese rapper, Fally Ipupa, is scheduled tonight.
