Havas will formalize this Wednesday the launch of a new structure dedicated to the customer experience which will be co-piloted by BETC Digital, the digital arm of its subsidiary BETC, and Fullsix, another subsidiary grouping together its most competitive technological assets: Ekino (consulting , creation and deployment of new products and services) and MFG Labs (data and artificial intelligence).
By combining the creativity and skills in customer relations of BETC Digital with the data and technological consultancy expertise of Fullsix, the group chaired by Yannick Bolloré wishes to better meet market expectations. "The relationship between brands and consumers is weakening from year to year," emphasizes the CEO of Havas (Vivendi), who recalls that, according to an in-house study, 77% of brands in France could disappear in general indifference.
