Pharrell Williams has decided to sell the luxurious mansion he bought in 2018 from Tyler Perry for about $ 15 million.
The reason why the singer wants to sell the house is not known, however the price is higher now, since the Westside Estate Agency real estate valued it at US $ 16,950,000.
