(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 7 - New clashes on the border between Greece and Turkey where thousands of migrants are seeking to enter Europe. The Greek police - reports the BBC online - fired tear gas and used water cannons to repel the attempts to break through the separation nets near the Pazarkule border post. Migrants responded by throwing stones. The Greek authorities also accused the Turkish police of throwing tear gas at their agents.
