LE FIGARO. - Is the audiovisual bill the subject of a consensus, or will it be the occasion of a new battle?
Aurore BERGÉ. - In the Hemicycle, there can always be battles. But there is a strong consensus that the audiovisual sector is facing unprecedented upheaval with new uses that the French have adopted. Platforms must follow our rules to ensure greater diversity in creation and guarantee access to works and the media. For example, we adopted an amendment on connected speakers. It is a democratic issue: users must keep control over the choice of content.
