(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, MAR 13 - American President DonaldTrump has declared a state of national emergency in all the United States to counter the spread of coronavirus infections. "We will ensure maximum flexibility in the fight against the virus," said Trump, explaining that declaring a national state of emergency there will be at least $ 50 billion available to come to the aid of the worst affected states.
"We will ask hospitals to prepare contingency plans," added the president.
