(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, MARCH 17 - A new crackdown in the restrictive measures imposed by Belgium on citizens to slow down the spread of the coronavirus. From tomorrow at 12 and until 5 April, the population - according to local media reports - will be able to leave the house only for emergencies, to shop, go to the pharmacy, bank, post office or to fill up. Outdoor activities will be allowed but a distance of one and a half meters from each other must be observed.
Assemblies are forbidden. Law enforcement agencies will ensure that these provisions are respected.
