“People walk on the beach but they manage to maintain a certain distance, while in a business or a large area, the distance is not respected. In Saint-Malo, the closure of the beaches decided to enforce confinement did not convince all the inhabitants. But for some, measures should be stepped up to combat the irresponsible behavior of walkers who disrespect the rules.
Similar measures have been taken on the entire Atlantic coast, in the Mediterranean and even in Nord-Pas-de-Calais, while a high number of walkers has been observed on certain beaches.
