The HBO documentary "Post Truth: The Price of Pike News" sketches the lines for the character of Pike News and demonstrates how it comes to our lives and in one way or another influences our decisions. Interviewees in the film range from traditional media to New Media people, as well as reporters and entrepreneurs of smaller entities.
"Pike News is a weapon. Pike News is a great way to push a story. People believe it and publish more media outlets. It's become a tool in the war," says Jack Berkman, a Washington lobbyist. So what can you do to fight Pike News?

Most peculiar was Mark Zuckerberg's response to the matter, given the example of Holocaust deniers on Facebook, who even as a Jew does not download their posts.
The film features Pike News campaigns by parties on both sides of the US political map, and the conclusion is that they have some impact on the results but it's hard to gauge how much.
