(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 23 - The first edition of Tuesday will be digital with virtual readings by the great poet that will involve schools, museums, archives, libraries, artists, Mibact eMiur and Rai. All together to celebrate the 25th of March DanteAverieri, symbol of Italian culture and founder of our language. The date was identified as the beginning of the Divine Comedy's otherworldly journey, on the initiative of the government on the proposal of the Minister for Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism, Dario Franceschini. At 12 noon on Wednesday 25 March everyone will be called to read Dante and rediscover the verses of the Comedy. Tens of thousands of students will do so during the distance lessons, as will all citizens who want to participate. The celebrations will continue for the whole day on social networks, with pills, streaming readings, performances dedicated to Dante, all initiatives identified by the official hashtags # Dantedì and # IoleggoDante.
Mibact and Miur together with schools, museums, archaeological parks, libraries, archives and places of culture will also offer images, videos, works of art, rare editions of the Divine Comedy on their social accounts.
Rai with Rai Teche has selected the Dantis lecturae interpreted by the major artists of our time, programmed in 30-second pills in the three generalist networks of Rai and Rai Play. Numerous during the day also the broadcasts in the schedules dedicated to Dante and his time, curated by Rai Cultura, with exceptional materials that will be proposed to the spectators.
