Generali Italia strengthens services and guarantees for the health and well-being of citizens: from the extension of benefits in the event of recourse to intensive care for Covid-19 to greater protection in the event of loss of work, up to new guarantees for dental prevention . The new solutions are part of Generali's plan, #InsiemeGeneriamoFiducia, developed with its stakeholders (customers, employees, agents, suppliers, institutions and communities) to overcome the Coronavirus emergency.
"Today we are launching the Immagina Benessere update, with new services to better meet the new needs for safety and protection of people", says Generali Italia Country manager and CEO, Marco Sesana, underlining that "being a life partner means say this: analyze the context in real time, listen to customers, understand new needs and provide concrete and immediate solutions ". The new guarantees are added to the virtual check up, job coaching, babysitting and home helpers services, already envisaged by the "Immagina Benessere" solution, which today caters to over 100 thousand customers. Specifically, among the additional measures, there are new guarantees for major interventions and oncological diseases; monthly compensation for 12 months in case of job loss; extension of the guarantee for reimbursement of expenses incurred before and after hospitalization or surgery; extension of the flat-rate compensation in the event of hospitalization in intensive care for Covid-19; extension of the health prevention program with Dental Prevention.
