It was set for April 27, with the post-Tommasi vote (ANSA)

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the AIC elective assembly, initially set for April 27, was suspended and postponed to a later date; for this reason, the Italian footballers' association says, the deadlines for submitting applications are also suspended. The assembly had to choose the new number 1 called to collect the witness of Damiano Tommasi.

The deadlines for submitting nominations have also been suspended and the meetings of the amateur sector for the election of the delegates of the players who have the right to participate in the next AIC elective assembly have been postponed to a later date. Same goes for the elective assemblies of the three senior delegates.
