The Corona virus, as we know, caused a total closure of all the places we could train. From the large gyms, through the more intimate studios and even the gyms in the parks and beaches. However, the motivation to work out has increased, and thanks to an easy-to-reach home fitness equipment and one app called "Zoom" that has become popular, many trainers deliver home, both personal and group workouts, from home and at home.

Corona Challenge of Fitness Coaches

In the past few hours, a new fitness challenge has begun to circulate, which with the right harnessing will turn viral, and it even carries awards. The Corona Countdown Challenge is the initiative of a number of functional and crossfit training clubs across the country: CrossFit Beer Sheva, Boltfroof Tel Aviv, Pithab Tel Aviv Port, White City Tel Aviv, CrossFit Haifa, Subtra and Mohr Shoshan.

These are a total of three basic exercises that are repeated daily, but with no repetition: 60 push-ups, 90 crunches and 120 squats. The essence of the challenge? Add five reps each day to each exercise. Just before you panic, you don't have to do everything in succession except during the day, and even more, you can start with less repetition for those who are not fit.

You can take the workouts, or at least some of them, upload to Instagram on Story and add the following hashtags: #TheCoronaCountdown and #InThisTogether. There will be a raffle at the end of the challenge, and the winner will receive a prize worth hundreds of shekels.

"Exercising physically at the club we can't," says the challenge initiator, Ido Zen, who owns "Boltproof". "We probably support this decision in light of what is happening, and we all give online content to our trainers to continue the training routine as best as possible under the circumstances. Understanding and testimonials that this workout day keeps them sane. We thought about distributing some more fitness to people who don't have A neat framework during this period - that's our way. It's not perfect, it's easy, but better than nothing. "
