"Protector" application. The detection options open
The Ministry of Health's "Shield" widget now finds out if we were close to Corona patients from the time we downloaded it to the device. Now (Monday), we are announcing for the first time that the Health Ministry is considering allowing the app to access information from the two weeks prior to the download, with user consent. That way, anyone can know if they were close to the patient even before downloading the applet.
So far a million and a half people have downloaded the app. A health ministry official said: "These are huge numbers, but we are aiming for more. In our view, this app will become one of the most important tools in the closure exit strategy to enable detection and isolation of those who will be in contact with a patient."

Please note that reporting contact with a patient is only visible to the user of the app. Just yesterday, the Ministry of Health reported a partial app malfunction and recommended "exercise discretion and if you received a report of a place and time that you were not at, you can click on the 'I was not there' button and continue in your life."
