(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 31 - 15,729 people recovered in Italy after contracting the coronavirus, 1,109 more than yesterday. Ildato was made known by the Civil Protection. Yesterday the increase of the healed was 1,590. 12,428 died, an increase of 837 compared to yesterday. The increase was 812 on Monday. A total of 77,635 patients are sick, with an increase compared to yesterday of 2,107. On Monday the increase had been 1.648.
The total number of infected people - including victims and healed - is 105,792. There are 4,023 ICU patients, 42 more than yesterday. Of these, 1,324 are in Lombardy, 6 fewer than yesterday. Of the 77,635 patients who are ill, 28,192 are then hospitalized with symptoms and 45,420 are those in home isolation.
