The recipe:

2 pounds of flour

4 tablespoons of dry yeast

Cup of sugar

2 tablespoons salt

Cup of oil

2 tablespoons of vinegar (not required)

6 cups of lukewarm water (cold disposable cup recommended)

Preparation instructions: Bake the flour, and mix it in a bowl with the yeast. Then add the sugar and mix, then the salt and mix again. After the dry ingredients, add the oil (and the vinegar if you choose to add - it keeps it fresh) and the lukewarm water. Knead for about 7 minutes, swell the way 45 minutes to an hour, until it doubles in volume and again, lower the volume and allow the dough to re-swell. Then, you can start working with the dough.
