Two things have been a concern for the citizens of the state in recent days: how long we will be staying in our home because of the Corona, and who will be the last tenant to leave the Big Brother house.

Last night (Saturday), after 95 stormy days, Hope Gideon, 31-year-old restaurant manager from Holon, was announced as the winner of the season.

Even if Gideon's win, which for the first time stood out as a dominant tenant, was not expected to go smoothly among many viewers - it seems that the rage of state residents, who have been closed for many days, has shot to new heights, and minutes after the victory was announced, the network was flooded with thousands of blatant and racist responses. Despite the incitement limit, we chose not to include it in the article.

"Just shame, shame on the female sex, shame on the Ethiopian community. Ugh," according to a comment on Guy Pines, while the other reads: "Hope, you will never have 15 minutes of celebrity type celeb because you are bullied, racist, evil For evil, nothing, no talent! " Also on the "Big Brother" page on Facebook were not silent, and among the people who cursed her and her family, nicknamed her "a lump of destruction and evil" and claimed she won because of the color of her skin only.

Gideon was also mentioned on the Facebook page of "Israel Today" by many despicable names, and not even the harsh words of the Ethiopian community were spared. "The state seems to be rattling the Ethiopians, that they get first place just so much, the main thing is that they will not turn police vehicles and do not block roads. Take first place, just stop whining," one comment read. The triumph of hope was described in the responses as "a real tragedy" and "a black victory in black.

Many commenters blamed the production on a hooked game, claiming that Gideon had been flagged for the first time, calling for a boycott of the program. "I am with the Big Brother permanently," Guy Pines wrote, while Israel Today's Facebook page said "I hate you. It's a shame you won. It's the production that intervened. It's a bad thing."

Dozens of others, as stated, argued for affirmative action, blatantly stating that winning was due to Gideon's skin color, and if she came from any other sectarian background, she would not have reached advanced stages because of her onscreen behavior, which she said was violent and conflicting.

The surfers did not spare harsh words or even violence against Gideon. The terms "beast," "violent," "repulsive," "and garbage can" have been repeated over and over in thousands of comments across the web, in a way that is not yet remembered.

The Big Brother production said: "We have said in the past and will say it again, we condemn any and all violent and racist statements of any kind and encourage only a matter of dignity and respect. We are sorry that by 2020 this is the situation."
