Former Serbian footballer and coach Radomir Antic died today in Madrid at the age of 72 after a long illness. In reporting, the media in Belgrade cites sources from Atletico Madrid, a club he had coached in the past and with whom he won the league and cup in 1996. Antic, who lived in the Spanish capital, also coached Barcelona, Real Madrid and the Serbian national team who led the 2010 World Cup. As a player he played in Uzice, Partizan, Fenerbache, Zaragoza, Luton.
