(ANSA) - MILAN, APRIL 8 - Cattolica Assicurazioni and Fondazione Cattolica have allocated a fund worth more than two million euros in favor of the territorial and national realities, which in recent weeks have been working to cope with the Covid-19 emergency.
In particular, according to a note, Cattolica has donated 500 thousand euros to six hospitals in Lombardy and Veneto, two of the Italian regions most affected by the ongoing health crisis: a loan intended for the purchase of equipment and individual protection devices useful to enhance the departments of intensive and sub-intensive care of the structures, helping to make the daily work of medical nurses safer.
Fondazione Cattolica has allocated 1.5 million euros of contributions for a series of realities, engaged in the emergency coronavirus and which are reflected in the ethical vision and inspired by the social doctrine of the Church of Cattolica. (HANDLE).
