(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 08 - After extending the coverage to those who tested positive for Covid-19 and then undergoing home quarantine, Bper Banca now provides a new service to reduce the risks of patients and healthcare workers: a video consultation - that is, a remote visit - which can be activated on the whole national territory.
The service, reads a press release, "can be booked via the toll-free number 800822479: the operator will check the availability of the specialist on the day and time requested by the patient and send him a link to activate the video consultation. Thanks to this tool, the customer will be able to receive assistance and, if necessary, obtain a certificate to purchase the drugs ". Bper announces that "all interested customers will be notified by text message or email with all the information on the new relationship method and useful instructions for booking the visit". (ANSA).
