The INPS received 4.5 million applications for coronavirus emergency services for 8.8 million beneficiaries until 4pm today, April 10. The Institute said so, explaining that almost four million applications (3,991,554) were received only for the allowances of 600 euros for self-employed workers who had to stop or reduce their activity. 198,000 applications were received for the layoffs for 2,896,000 beneficiaries, while 100,800 applications for 1,682,000 beneficiaries arrived for the ordinary check.
