(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 12 - Over 1.8 million cases of coronaviruses in the world while the number of deaths has exceeded 110 thousand. This is what Johns Hopkins reports in the latest update on the trend of the global coronavirus pandemic. The majority of the victims (75 thousand) concern Europe with Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom which have the highest number of deaths. In the US, however, the death toll stands at over 20,600.
