Generali, teleconultation on coronavirus

A team of over 100 doctors for listening, information and diagnosis is now available to 500,000 customers in Italy through the teleconsultation offered by Generali Italia, Alleanza and Genertel.


A team of over 100 doctors for listening, information and diagnosis is now available to 500,000 customers in Italy through the teleconsultation offered by Generali Italia, Alleanza and Genertel. The Generali Welion and Europ Assistance service is active every day, 24 hours a day, for a first medical evaluation by telephone, in the case of symptoms from Covid-19, and to receive information on prevention and behavior to be adopted according to the protocol of the ministry of health. The teleconsultation will initially be active for three months for customers of Generali Italia, Alleanza and Genertel who have subscribed to a protection and health solution. The initiative is part of Generali's international extraordinary fund: up to € 100 million to deal with the coronavirus emergency. The Fund, with interventions mainly in Italy, envisages immediate initiatives, to respond quickly to the emergency, and in the medium term, to encourage the recovery of the economies of the countries concerned.
