(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 16 - Luis Sepulveda, who died today at 70, was working on a new novel which should be titled 'Agua mala'. This was announced by his Italian publishing house, Guanda, which does not yet have the manuscript.
It is a strongly environmentalist novel that opened up new challenges in South America: to the great fishing and livestock industry, and to the sovereignties marked by religious radicalism.
The writer had mentioned it to his Italian translator, Ilide Carmignani in Milan last October, when he came for the party organized by Guanda for his seventy years.
