The age of eligibility is now 45, but because the process cannot be carried out in the current period, as a result of the Corona virus, some women will be crushed and thus lose their eligibility. Regarding the possibility of continuing the treatments, Bar Siman-Tov explained that early next week there will be discussions with professionals in Israel and around the world and decisions will be made on the matter.

The minister revealed Gamaliel, who raised the issue, said at a government meeting: "I raised the matter of fertility treatments at a previous meeting. There are more than 5,000 women who are already in the middle of the mid-term fertilization process.

Hurt thousands of women here who dream of having a child. As we have been able to provide relief in other areas, so should the continued fertility treatments. Every day that passes can reduce the chances of success in the process. "

Remember, in March, the Israeli Association of Fertility Medicine (ILA) and the Israeli Association of Obstetricians and Gynecology issued new guidelines on the fertility treatments that staff and patients must protect, and it is recommended to go unaccompanied to treatment and maintain distance during waiting, for blood tests.
