Exclusive: Israelis who have recovered from Corona have sought to donate a plasma to help patients recover, but despite being released more than two weeks ago in the Ministry of Health, they have not contacted them. Do you have enough plasmas in your office and do not contact those recoverers?

"Immediately after the release, we asked to donate a plasma, were told to wait for two weeks, waited, called, and for hours waved and passed from one to the other. If we didn't speak assertively we would not be treated," said a relative of one of the recoverers.

The family added that "if it was not a life saver we would not insist. Since the release they did not talk to us at all, we did not give instructions on how to donate the plasma and who to call. Whoever does not insist and fight for it can come to a situation that he does not contribute. How is that possible?"

Talking to two who recovered about two weeks ago, they also said they had not so far asked to donate a plasma. The health system does use recovering plasma as part of the treatment process, but as mentioned, there are recoverers who have not been asked to donate. 

The Ministry of Health has not yet received a response.
